Cancellation Policy:
  • Any cancellations made 14 days or more: 10% cancellation fee will be applied
  • Any cancellations made within 14 days: one room night charge will be applied
  • No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged

Full payment must be received /cleared 14 days prior to check-in date. Otherwise, all confirmed bookings will be auto-released and re-booking will be subject to space availability.

Late check-out policy:

- Late check-out after 2pm is chargeable and is subjected to availability.


Children policy:

- Complimentary up to 2 children aged 12 years of age and below utilising existing bedding.
- Extra beds are available at extra charge.
- Baby cots are complimentary and subject to availability.
