Cancellation Policy:
  • Any cancellations made 14 days or more: 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Any cancellations made within 14 days: one room night charge will be applied.
  • No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Full payment must be received /cleared 14 days prior to check-in date. Otherwise, all confirmed bookings will be auto-released and rebooking will be subjected to space availability.

Late check-out policy:

- Late check-out after 2pm is chargeable and is subjected to availability.
