Cancellation Policy:
  • Any cancellations made 14 days or more: 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Any cancellations made within 14 days: one room night charge will be applied.
  • No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Full payment must be received /cleared 14 days prior to check-in date. Otherwise, all confirmed bookings will be auto-released and rebooking will be subjected to space availability.

Late check-out policy:

Check-out time is latest by 2pm and is subject to room availability. For a check-out after 2 pm, a night's stay is charged.


Children policy:

- Maximum 2 children below 12 years are allowed to share the room with their parents on existing bedding on complimentary basis. However the breakfast for the children will be chargeable.
