  • Any cancellations made 14 days or more: 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Any cancellations made within 14 days: one room night charge will be applied.
  • No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged.


Full payment must be received /cleared 14 days prior to check-in date. Otherwise, all confirmed bookings will be auto-released and rebooking will be subjected to space availability.

Late check-out policy:

- Request upon booking and is subjected to availability.
- Late check-out after 2 pm will be chargeable at 50% of 1 room night rate
- Late check-out after 6pm will be chargeable at 1 room night rate


Children policy:

- Children below 12 years old are allowed to share rooms with parents.
- Extra bed is available at additional charges.
- Breakfast is not included for children sharing room with parents.
