  • Any cancellations made within 14 days:  one room night charge will be applied.
  • No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Full payment must be received /cleared upon confirmation. Otherwise, all confirmed bookings will be auto-released and rebooking will be subjected to space availability.

Late check-out policy:

- Request upon placement of booking and subjected to availability.
- Charges will be applicable for late check-out after 2 pm and is subject to availability.

- Children below 12 years old sharing room with parents without extra bed are complimentary, but breakfast for the child is chargeable.
