- Any cancellations made 14 days or more: 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Any cancellations made within 14 days: one room night charge will be applied.
- No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Full payment must be received /cleared 14 days prior to check-in date. Otherwise, all confirmed bookings will be auto-released and rebooking will be subjected to space availability.
Late check-out policy:
- Latest by 3pm and subject to room availability.
- 1 room night charge for late check-out after 3 pm.
Children policy:
- Children below 5 years old is complimentary provided sharing room with parent without an extra bed.
- Breakfast for children without extra bed will be chargeable.
