His Majesty the Sultan's Birthday

His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei will be celebrating his 66th birthday and the whole nation will be lit and decorated with arches. A variety of exciting events are being lined up in conjunction with the celebration. A mass prayer will be held in all the major mosques throughout the country.

After delivering his royal address, an inauguration ceremony will be held at the palace known as Istana Nurul Iman. During this two-week celebration, His Majesty will meet and greet his subjects at various gathering held at four main districts.
