Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pickup info:
- Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to departure time.
- Please be punctual as the coach will not wait for late-comers.
Notes:
- 20% non-refundable deposit required for booking made outside 72 hours prior to departure date.
- Full Payment is required at least 48 hours prior to departure date.
All confirmed bookings will be auto-released in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subjected to space availability.
