Hj Moksin has been there since the early operations of TMR. He is like a father figure of the whole team in TMR. He and the team has been contributing wholeheartedly toward taking care of the guests and the smooth operations and success of the resort.

Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:

The resort employs local Iban people as boatmen to provide them with a regular income. Iban long boats "Tamuai" are used for operating tours. They also propagate unique Borneo wild plants at the property to educate visitors.
The resort uses energy saving bulbs and linen is only changed upon request to minimize water wastage and the use of harmful detergents.
