TMR is the first one of its kind jungle lodge built at the entrance of Ulu Temburong National Park. It was designed by a prominent local architect. Its basic facilities provide convenience and comfort to travellers during the trip to the national park.

Late check out policy:
- Latest by 2pm and subject to room availability.
- Late check-out after 2 pm will be subject to room availability and 1 night room charge will be applicable.
Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children below 12 years old sharing room with parents without extra bed are complimentary.
- Breakfast for no-bed is chargeable

Cancellation Policy:
Full payment must be received /cleared 14 days prior to check-in date. Otherwise, all confirmed bookings will be auto-released and rebooking will be subjected to space availability.
- Any cancellations made 14 days or more: 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Any cancellations made within 14 days: one room night charge will be applied.
- No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
