From Airport:
Driver/guide will wait at the exit gate for 1 hour from scheduled arrival time. After clearing immigration and customs simply wait near the exit door. Paging board with your name will be used to identify guests.
From Hotel:
Please wait in the hotel lobby 2 hours prior your scheduled departure time.
Please advise your ferry schedule at the time of booking to arrange the pick-up time.
Cancellation policy
*Deposit will be for forfeited for any cancellations made after confirmation outside 48 hours priors to departure date
*50% cancellation fee will be applicable for any cancellations made within 48 hour but outside 24 hours prior to departure date
*100% cancellation fee will be applicable for any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure date or for no show cases
*A booking cancellation will only be considered cancelled upon written acknowledgement from us.

Meet and greet by local driver/guide who will be dressed in a traditional Brunei costume and than transfer you to your hotel/Muara Jetty.
