Itinerary
Meet and greet by local driver/guide who will be dressed in a traditional Brunei costume and than transfer you to your hotel/Muara Jetty.
Payment & Deposit:
- 20% non-refundable deposit required for booking made outside 72 hours prior to departure date
- Full Payment required at least 48 hours prior to departure date
All confirmed bookings will be auto-released in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subjected to space availability.
Cancellation and No-show policy:
- Outside 72 hours prior to departure date - 20% cancellation fee will be applicable
- Within 48 hours but outside 24 hours prior to departure date - 50% cancellation fee will be applicable
- Within 24 hours prior to departure date - 100% cancellation fee will be applicable
- No-show - 100% of the total amount will be chargeable
No refund / discount will be given in part or full for any items not utilised either by choice or circumstance once the trip has commenced.

- Children below 2 years old are complimentary.
