Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Please wait in the lobby of your hotel 10 minutes before the departure time. Please be punctual as the coach will not wait if you are late.

Notes:

- A valid passport is required, as you will be travelling to Malaysia. Please ensure that you have a valid visa to enter Malaysia and to re-enter Brunei.
- Tips and gratuities to guides and drivers are not compulsory; however, it will be appreciated.
