Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info:

- Please wait in your hotel's lobby; do be punctual as the transportation will not wait if you are late.


Notes:

- Please provide your arrival and departure flight details.
- Please ensure you possess valid international passport and the necessary visa for Brunei and Malaysia.
- A maximum of two pieces of regular-sized baggage is allowed per person; extra pieces of baggage will be charged at B$20 per piece.
