Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pickup info:
- Complimentary pick-up from designated hotel located in Brunei-Muara district.
- Pick-up from Brunei Airport can be arranged with a surcharge.
Notes:
All confirmed bookings will be auto-released in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subjected to space availability.
No refund/discount will be given in part or full for any items not utilized either by choice or circumstances once the tours has commenced.
