This transfer service includes personalised meet and greet service by our local driver / guide in full Brunei traditional costume on seat-in-coach vehicle between hotels in Brunei-Muara district and Brunei International Airport.

Itinerary
Your driver / guide will meet you at the hotel lobby 3 hours prior to your departure flight schedule. You will be transferred to Brunei International Airport and make stops to pick-up other guests from other designated hotels before arriving at the airport. Drop-off at the designated drop-off point at your departure gate.
Payment & Deposit:
- 20% non-refundable deposit required for booking made outside 72 hours prior to departure date
- Full Payment required at least 48 hours prior to departure date
All confirmed bookings will be auto-released in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subjected to space availability.
Cancellation and No-show policy:
- Outside 72 hours prior to departure date - 20% cancellation fee will be applicable.
- Within 48 hours but outside 24 hours prior to departure date - 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.
- Within 24 hours prior to departure date - 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
- No-show - 100% of the total amount will be chargeable.
No refund / discount will be given in part or full for any items not utilised either by choice or circumstance once the tours has commenced.
Children Policy
- Children aged below 3 years old are complimentary but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children aged between 3 to 12 years old are chargeable at 60% and must be accompanied by an adult.
