The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Tour is operated on seat-in-coach basis. Private tour can be arranged with a surcharge of 50% on the published.

on 18 Sep 2009 The trip was excellent the tour guide was super friendly and gave us loads of information. We had a 6 hour gap between flying onto Kota Kinabalu and this was a great way to get out of the airport and see Brunei. In four hours you get a really good idea of the city and I especially enjoyed going round the water village in the boat. I would recommend this trip to anyone on a similar flight transfer.
