Your local driver / guide will be meeting /waiting for you outside the arrival hall of Brunei International airport with your name on the paging board for a maximum time of 1 hour upon scheduled flight arrival time.


Notes:

Please provide us your final flight schedules when you place the booking and update us on any changes. Should the changes of schedules be last minutes, kindly call our hotline 673-7108497 to ensure transfer is arranged as per your final flight schedule.



Cancellation policy

*Deposit will be for forfeited for any cancellations made after confirmation outside 48 hours priors to departure date

 *50% cancellation fee will be applicable for any cancellations made within 48 hour but outside 24 hours prior to departure date

*100% cancellation fee will be applicable for any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure date or for no show cases

*A booking cancellation will only be considered cancelled upon written acknowledgement from us.

Children policy

- Children aged below 3 years old are complimentary but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children aged between 3 to 12 years old are chargeable at 60% and must be accompanied by an adult.

The driver will meet you outside the arrival hall with your name on the paging board. Proceed to the vehicle in the parking area. You will be transferred from the airport and make stops at designated drop-off hotels in Brunei- Muara District.  Drop-off at your hotel.
