Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Peak Season Surcharge is BND$ 50 / USD$38 nett per room per night

Labour Day - 30th April and 1st until 4th May

National Day - 30th September and 1st until 5th October

New Year Eve - 30th until 31st Dec and 1st January

Chinese New Year - 1st. until 7th February
