2 days 1 night Ulu Temburong National Park Escape

Join this mild-adventure, ‘nature escapade' tour to rejuvenate yourself in the tropical rainforest of the Ulu Temburong National Park. Get wet when travelling upstream in a long boat, against the rapids. Trek up to the summit of Bukit Patoi and the canopy walkway tower to enjoy the serenity and panoramic view from here.

Day 01 Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to jetty to catch a water taxi to Bangar, Temburong. The ride takes about 45 minutes. On arrival at Bangar, you will be transfered to Bukit Patoi for a trek up to the summit of Bukit Patoi. Later you will be transfered to the TMR terminal building at Batang Duri for check-in. Relax and enjoy activities such as "Flying Fox" or swimming or a hideaway into the tree house overhanging by the riverbank. You will get a chance to assist in preparing dinner with bamboo. Enjoy your dinner or opt for a night walk while spotting nocturnal wildlife. The overnight stay is at the TMR terminal building.  

Day 02 Breakfast at the terminal building. There will be a briefing and then you will depart for your day adventure to the Ulu Temburong National park. You will depart by the "Tamuai" - the local Iban longboat upstream to reach the Forestry Registration office for registration. After that start trekking up to the canopy to enjoy a breathtaking view and serenity of the rainforest. Later trek down back to the base and further your day adventure with a nature trek to waterfall.  You may swim in the cool natural pool or just relax and enjoy the serenity and listening to the orchestra of cicadas and other creatures of the rainforest with drizzling sound of the waterfall and stream at the back group. Transfer back to the terminal house. Clean-up and enjoy your lunch. Later visit a longhouse to observe the lifestyle of a long house then transfer to Bangar to catch your boat back to Bandar Seri Begawan and transfer back to the hotel.
